Recently, the Moldovan news outlet Observatorul.md published an article about Mihai TUcan and the work we do at Creative Ones. It was a great opportunity to share a bit of our story and how we’re using AI to bring real solutions to real problems.
In the interview, I talked about how everything started with a passion for coding back in high school, the challenges we’ve faced in the business, and how we’re now using AI to optimize work processes and help online stores interact better with their customers through smart automation.
We also discussed working with clients across the EU, adapting to different market needs, and why I see AI not as a threat but as a huge opportunity – not just in IT, but in areas like healthcare, education, energy, and logistics.
